How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to Settings → Delete Account within the app. This will permanently remove all your data including posts, comments, and friend connections.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link in your inbox.
How do I add friends?
You can add friends by searching for their username, scanning their QR code, or syncing your contacts to find people you know who are already on gry.
What are meal windows?
Meal windows are time periods during the day when you can post each meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner). This helps keep your food diary organized and encourages posting in real-time.
How do streaks work?
Your streak increases each day you post at least one meal. Keep posting daily to maintain and grow your streak!
Can I make my posts private?
Yes! When creating a post, you can choose between “Friends Only” (only your friends can see it) or “Global” (visible on your public profile). You can also change this setting on existing posts.
